On May 13, 2014, the Adams County Board approved eleven collective bargaining agreements with three different unions. In addition to overtime cost reductions and 2% wage increases, these agreements require employees to begin paying for single coverage health insurance and offer a wellness incentive to reduce costs to both the employer and employees.
