“FIGHT FOR $15” Gets a Win…FIGHT FOR $15 filed unfair labor practice claims with NLRB against McDonald’s USA and its franchisees, claiming that McDonald’s USA was a joint employer and therefore liable for employees who lost their jobs after participating in organized protests for the advocacy group.
