On February 27, 2014 the National Labor Relations Board dismissed an unfair labor practice charge against HesseMartone Client Anderson Erickson Dairy that alleged that the Company retaliated against an employee based on his union activity. The NLRB found that the Company did not retaliate against the Charging Party and dismissed the Charge in its entirety.
