Heather Siddle is an Attorney with the Firm and a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, where she received a Certificate in Employment Law. Heather has extensive experience in business and corporate law, employment law, family law, and working with bank, foreclosure and real estate matters. She is a member of the Missouri and Illinois state bars and an inactive member of the Washington state bar.

Heather focuses her practice on advising clients and representing management in a wide variety of employment and labor law and employment litigation, including: employment contract negotiations; complex non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements and compliance issues in multiple states; employment and independent contractor agreements; and employment-related litigation in federal and state courts.

Heather also advises clients in and handles a wide variety of employment and labor law compliance and management areas, including: compliance issues relating to consulting and temporary-employment matters; complex employee hiring, application, termination and severance matters in multiple states and Canada; employee-related compliance issues, including employer drug testing programs, incentive and bonus programs and criminal history and background checks, and so forth; employee handbook and policies matters; enforceability issues of multiple state employment-related agreements; and employment compliance in Illinois, among others.
